Half Moon Insoles can be worn in any heel, open or closed back as well as loafers.
Use our “try me” dot to determine if the fit is right and then remove the adhesive backing for a semi-permanent solution to ball of foot pain. These insoles are not meant to be moved from shoe to shoe but can be removed carefully without damaging your shoe. Simply start at the toe-end of the shoe and slowly peel the insole back.

- Peel off adhesive backing
- Apply insole, starting at the heel and press forward
- Insert your foot and feel relief
- Use care when removing. Start at front of foot, and gently pull back
